Shipping Procedure
At Techweavers Solutions Private Limited, we prioritize nationwide delivery, handled by our trusted shipping partners, who typically make two to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, we recommend reaching out to us to reschedule.
Please note that we do not ship products on Sundays and holidays due to the unavailability of logistics partners. If products or orders are returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, we regret to inform you that refunds for the purchase price cannot be provided, and we will not be liable for the issue.
Transit Duration
For domestic shipments, our courier service usually takes about three to eight (3-8) business days to reach their destinations.
Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages on different days depending on availability and shipping locations. This is done to ensure secure transit, and products may be shipped separately, resulting in multiple deliveries to your address.
Change of Address Requests
Once an order has been placed, address changes cannot be made. However, if you need to make changes, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been prepared for shipment, but the request must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund, along with an email confirming the refund. Please note that orders marked as "Ready to Ship" cannot be canceled, as they are dispatched within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement.
